"Awesome taste of Malaysia in Newton. Bought some takeaway and it didn't disappoint after waiting for months to try the food in this place. I brought a friend next time and she enjoyed it too. Will definitely try the rest next time and bring more friends to try what I have enjoyed."

"Very authentic Malaysian food, I am very happy with my salted fish fried rice (nasi goreng ikan masin) and nasi goreng kampung. Owners are very kind and friendly as well. Will definitely be back soon to try other food on the menu"

"Nasi Goreng Kampung The wok hei is unreal. It’s been a while since I’ve seen a chef handle the wok with such grace—one, two, three flicks of the wrist, and every grain of rice stands apart, perfectly separated. The chef even tasted a bite right there, making sure each plate leaves the fire at its absolute peak. That kind of year-in, year-out commitment is the rarest ingredient in any business."

"This is hands down THE BEST nasi goreng kampung I’ve ever tasted my whole life!!! (and I’m not even joking or exaggerating - I’ve introduced many friends here and have always recommended their nasi goreng kampung and everyone agrees with me!). In Malay, I would always say sedap gila weh!!! I recommend order hot spicy if you are a big fan of I’ve been coming here since 2023, and the place has been my monthly commitment (at the very least - if I’m not busy with work I would go weekly). The kuey teow is delicious as well, can taste the wok hey! Nasi goreng ikan masin is also a really nice option to order. The aunty and uncle are so warm & welcoming Hope the cafe continues to flourish!"
